Want a clean car and go green? Then go with a commercial car wash and find out why here!
Virtually every major commercial
car wash requires an average of about 45 gallons of water per car, on the personal side of things a home wash typically uses between *80 and 140 gallons! Federal law requires commercial car washes to drain
their wastewater into sewers, where it normally receives some
treatment. Washing your car in your driveway is only illegal in several cities and states and the soapy, toxic water ends up running across the land or down a drain into the ocean.
If you are going to clean your vehicle yourself, please check out the waterless wash products currently available from many manufacturers. Many are nontoxic, biodegradable and petrochemical-free. Spray them on, wipe, and buff out gently with a clean towel! That's a clean, greeen car.
